Terms Of Use For Wolf Winner Casino Australia
This document is the agreement between you and Wolf Winner, arranged in six parts so you can find one rule without reading the rest. Any promotion, payment method or individual game that comes with conditions of its own adds them to these terms, and the specific conditions win wherever the two disagree.
Part 1. The Agreement
1.1 Scope. Everything attached to a Wolf Winner account: opening and using it, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, gameplay and settlement, responsible gambling controls and complaints. They apply to this website, the mobile version and the Wolf Winner app. The privacy policy and cookie policy form part of the same agreement.
1.2 Acceptance. Opening an account is your confirmation that you have read these terms, agree to be bound by them, and hold the legal capacity to enter this agreement. Do not register if you do not accept them.
1.3 Updates. Whatever stands on this page is the current version, and using the account after an update binds you to the revised text. A change that materially alters a rule is notified inside the account, so it is seen at your next sign-in.
1.4 Age. Only people aged 18 or over may register. Age is a condition of the agreement, checked at verification rather than merely declared at sign-up.
1.5 Underage accounts. An account found to belong to a person under 18 is suspended and closed. All winnings are void and net deposits are returned through the original payment route. Sums already paid out in error are recoverable.
1.6 Who may not register. Employees of the operator and their immediate families, anyone acting for an excluded person, and anyone whose self-exclusion is still running.
Part 2. Your Account
2.1 One account per person. Duplicates are identified through the payment instrument, name, date of birth, residential address, device fingerprint and IP address. Extra accounts are closed and balances consolidated into the original; where they were used to claim a promotion twice, the bonus funds and anything derived from them are removed and deposits returned. Deliberate multi-accounting is abuse under clause 4.7.
2.2 Accurate details. Registration details must be your own, current and correct; an account in another person's name, or with a date of birth or address that cannot be verified, cannot be paid out. Keep your email current, since withdrawal notices, security alerts and resets go there.
2.3 Verification. Required before your first withdrawal, and sooner if a transaction pattern warrants it. Expect to supply a government-issued photo identity document (passport, driver licence or national identity card), proof of address dated inside the last three months, and confirmation of the payment method you used. Each file must be legible, complete, unedited and show all four corners. Completing this step proves your age and identity, meets anti-money-laundering obligations, and opens up withdrawals.
2.4 Security. You are responsible for your password and for all activity through your account, which may not be shared, transferred or sold. Tell live chat immediately if you suspect someone else has access; an account can be locked on request, and nobody here can retrieve a password, because passwords are stored only as hashes.
2.5 Dormant accounts. An account left without a sign-in or a transaction for an extended period counts as dormant. We do not close it, we do not charge it a fee, and we do not take the balance. Signing in reactivates it, although after a long gap your verification documents may need refreshing before a payout can run.
2.6 Closing your account. You may close it at any time through live chat. Any withdrawable balance is paid out first, subject to verification and Part 3; bonus funds short of their wagering requirement are not paid on closure. We may suspend or close an account for a breach, for failed verification, or where the law requires it, and if closure is not caused by a breach the balance goes back to you.
Part 3. Money In And Money Out
3.1 Deposits. Money must arrive from a payment instrument in your own name; anything sent by a third party is rejected and returned. The accepted list runs VISA and Mastercard, Neosurf, CashtoCode, eZeeWallet, bank transfer, and the crypto options Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Tether. Which of them your account can use depends on your country of registration, and the cashier shows the live minimum and any provider fee beside each one. That displayed figure is the operative one.
3.2 Currency. Accounts are held in one currency chosen at registration, from AUD, CAD, EUR and NZD, and it cannot be changed afterwards. Conversion, where it applies, uses the payment provider's rate at the time of processing, not ours. Limits expressed here in Australian dollars apply as the equivalent in your account currency.
3.3 Withdrawal conditions. Nothing is released before verification is complete. Funds return to the deposit method wherever it can receive them; where it cannot, as with certain voucher products, nominate an alternative in your own name. Each payout method has its own minimum and processing time, shown in the cashier as you make the request.
3.4 Withdrawal limits. A payout ceiling of AUD 10,000 a week applies, or its equivalent in your account currency, and anything above it is released in consecutive weekly instalments. Where a tiered arrangement is in force, with ceilings scaling to your cumulative deposit history, the numbers attached to your account appear in the cashier and support will confirm them. Limits quoted outside this platform are not reliable.
3.5 Withdrawing during an active bonus. Requesting a payout while a wagering requirement is still running ends the promotion: unconverted bonus funds and anything derived from them are removed, and only cleared cash is paid.
3.6 Processing costs on unplayed deposits. Every deposit and withdrawal carries a cost paid to the payment provider. When a deposit is taken out again with little or no play in between, nothing recovers that cost, and a proportionate commission may be held back from the payout. This sits in plain sight rather than buried, because it is unusual and because a payout smaller than expected is usually explained by it. The rate, the amount of play treated as sufficient and any exemptions are in the cashier terms current at the time, and support will walk you through the calculation.
3.7 Chargebacks. Raise a dispute with us before going to your bank. A chargeback filed against a legitimate deposit suspends the account and the disputed amount plus the processing cost is recovered.
Part 4. Bonuses
4.1 Each promotion has its own terms, published with the offer: qualifying deposit, multiplier, eligible games and payment methods, maximum stake while wagering, expiry window. Nothing on a marketing page overrides them.
4.2 Bonus types run on separate systems. Casino and sports promotions use distinct logic, and their multipliers, qualifying criteria and durations are not interchangeable, so read the terms of the offer in front of you. Taking part is optional, and a deposit funded without a bonus attached carries no wagering condition.
4.3 Free bets. A free bet is used in a single placement and cannot be split. If it wins, the amount credited is the payout minus the face value of the free bet, because the stake is not returned with the winnings.
4.4 Wagering requirements. Bonus funds convert into withdrawable cash only once the requirement is complete. The arithmetic takes the base amount, which is either the bonus by itself or the bonus added to the qualifying deposit, and multiplies it by the figure stated in the offer. Worked example: a $50 bonus at 35x on the bonus alone needs $1,750 in qualifying stakes, while the same 35x on bonus plus a $50 deposit needs $3,500. Check which basis your offer uses before accepting, and read the live wagering balance in your account rather than estimating.
4.5 Game contribution. Stakes do not all count equally. Every offer publishes a contribution table, and the effect is arithmetic: at a 20% rate a dollar staked moves the counter twenty cents, and an excluded title moves it not at all. Pokies usually sit at or near the top rate, while card games, wheel games and video poker sit lower or are left out. Where an offer forbids an excluded title, opening one during wagering can cancel the bonus.
4.6 Maximum stake and expiry. A cap applies to every spin and hand while bonus funds are in play, set out in the promotion terms. Going over it once is enough to cancel the bonus and whatever it produced, and that is the commonest reason a bonus disappears. Bonus funds also run out of time: miss the stated window and the outstanding balance, plus anything tied to it, is forfeited. Read the deadline before you opt in.
4.7 Anti-abuse. Eligibility is enforced per person, account, household, email address, payment instrument, device and IP address, and extra claims of a once-only offer are reversed. Play coordinated between accounts, hedged bet patterns intended to clear a requirement without genuine exposure, automated play, and attempts to disguise identity or location can cost you the bonus, close the account, and hold winnings pending investigation.
Part 5. Play And Fair Outcomes
5.1 Results. Every outcome comes from the random number generator run by the game provider. If a result is disputed, the provider's server log settles it, and anything on your screen that contradicts that log carries no weight.
5.2 Malfunctions and interruptions. A malfunctioning game voids the rounds it affected, with stakes given back and any apparent winnings cancelled. Where a connection drops mid-round, settlement happens server-side and the outcome reaches your balance the next time you open that game.
5.3 Prohibited conduct. The account must not be used to launder money, bet for a third party, run bots, or exploit a software fault rather than report it.
5.4 Intellectual property. The platform, its content, its trademarks and the games within it belong to the operator or to the studios that supply them, and nothing here transfers a right to copy, distribute or exploit that material. Use is for personal, non-commercial play only.
5.5 Liability. Gambling carries risk, and losing is an ordinary result of play. So far as the law allows, our liability is capped at the balance in your account, and nothing here removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be removed, including guarantees under Australian consumer law. Events we cannot reasonably control, such as a network failure, a provider outage or force majeure, create no liability for play you could not complete.
Part 6. Safer Gambling, Complaints And Law
6.1 Account controls. Deposit limits, loss and wagering limits, session limits, reality checks, a temporary time-out and self-exclusion sit in the responsible gambling section of your settings. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; raising or removing one only after a cooling-off period and a second confirmation.
6.2 Self-exclusion. No temporary exclusion is lifted before its term expires, and no permanent one is reversed on request. Exclusions apply to the verified identity behind the account rather than to the username, so a second account opened with the same documents is closed. Detail is on our responsible gambling page.
6.3 Independent support. Gambling Help Online offers a free self-assessment questionnaire and free, confidential counselling nationwide at any hour, on gamblinghelponline.org.au. The National Self-Exclusion Register maintained by the Australian Government is operated by BetStop, on betstop.gov.au; it reaches the Australian wagering operators within its scope, not international casino platforms.
6.4 Complaints. Raise a complaint through live chat inside your account. Indicative timeframes:
| What it concerns | You hear back | You get an answer |
|---|---|---|
| An account question or a payment | Same or next business day | Inside 7 days |
| A disputed round in a game | Same or next business day | Inside 14 days, once the provider's round log has been pulled |
| A restriction or a closure | Same or next business day | Inside 14 days |
6.5 Escalation. If our answer settles nothing, taking it further costs nothing either. Independent mediators handling online casino disputes, among them the complaint resolution centre run by casino.guru, will act for a player and take the matter up with the operator. Privacy matters follow the separate path in our privacy policy, with escalation to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
6.6 Governing law and language. The law of the jurisdiction where the operator is established governs this agreement and any dispute under it. That does not strip away protection given to you by the law of your own country of residence which cannot be excluded by agreement. English is the published language of these terms, and if a translation reads differently, the English text counts.
6.7 Contact. Questions about any clause go through live chat inside your account, around the clock. Quote the clause number so the answer addresses the right rule, and keep the transcript.
